Buyer Protection FAQ

How long is the inspection window?
The default inspection window is 2 days, but it can be set to anywhere from 1–30 days when creating the transaction. Both parties agree on this upfront.
What if the seller doesn't deliver?
If delivery is not made within the agreed timeline, you can raise a dispute. VeeraPay will hold funds and review evidence from both parties before making a decision.
Can I get a partial refund?
Yes. If part of the order was delivered satisfactorily, our dispute resolution team can authorize a partial refund based on the evidence and agreed terms.
Does Buyer Protection apply to all transactions?
Buyer Protection applies to all escrow transactions on VeeraPay. Direct transfers outside of escrow are not covered. Always use the escrow checkout for protection.
